BlueMarket Guarantee – Terms and Conditions
At BlueMarket, we stand behind the services we provide. Our BlueMarket Guarantee ensures that if we fail to deliver the results as promised, we will offer a 100% money-back guarantee. However, this guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Conditions for Refund: The refund will be provided only if BlueMarket is found to have knowingly recommended a service that was unsuitable for the client’s business and where the service could not deliver results. This guarantee applies exclusively to situations where BlueMarket had full knowledge that the recommended service would not provide value or outcomes for the client.
Proof of Non-Performance: To qualify for a refund, the client must provide clear, documented evidence that the service was ineffective, and BlueMarket knowingly made a recommendation that did not align with the client’s business needs or objectives. This may include, but is not limited to, evidence of poor performance metrics, unfulfilled deliverables, or lack of measurable results tied directly to the services provided.
Service Terms: The BlueMarket Guarantee applies only to services directly provided by BlueMarket. If the client fails to follow the recommended processes, guidelines, or requirements for the service, the guarantee will be voided. This includes, but is not limited to, failing to implement agreed-upon strategies, not providing necessary access or resources, or altering the recommended approach without consultation.
Exclusions: The BlueMarket Guarantee does not apply in cases where the client has:
- Canceled or changed the services without BlueMarket’s input or approval.
- Experienced delays or results outside of the reasonable expectations as outlined at the beginning of the service agreement.
- Encountered external factors beyond BlueMarket’s control, such as changes in market conditions, technology, or business environment.
Refund Process: If the client believes they are entitled to a refund under the BlueMarket Guarantee, they must submit a formal written request within 30 days of the completion of services. The request will be reviewed by our team to assess whether the criteria for a refund are met. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.
Limitation of Liability: The maximum liability of BlueMarket under the BlueMarket Guarantee is limited to the amount the client has paid for the specific service or project. BlueMarket is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, business disruption, or other costs not directly related to the provided service.
By engaging with BlueMarket, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the BlueMarket Guarantee as outlined above.
